Anti-Agingstore.com
before you think of taking up the free trial offer please read the terms and conditions.
This company are ruthless and only interested in getting your money, the terms and condtions state that once you put your bank details into the form you are signing up for a 14 day trial, after the 14 days you will be charged £90 odd for the product. you cannot stop this payment going out unless you contact your bank and tell them what has happened, then you have to write to your banks visa card department and dispute the payment. Then you have to wait to see if your bank will stop the payments.
Its a disgrace that human beings treat each other like this. The call centre staff seem to be the most condescending insulting people i have ever spoken to, they are very insulting about how we british dont read terms and conditions and how silly we are. They accused me of being aggressive and angry which i wasnt until the end of the last call when all she was saying was how silly i was for not reading terms and conditions, i did then call her all the names under the sun because she was extremely uncompassionate and nasty.
I refused the order at the door, thinking that it would go back to the anti-agingstore but she said in a laughing tone of voice 'oh no, thats where you went wrong, in our terms and conditions, which you didnt read, obviously because you are british and dont read terms and conditions, you have to get a number to identify the product and write it on the side of the package and re post it back to the company otherwise the product will go back to the courier company and be destroyed by the courier company, the product will then be listed as delivered and you will be charged, you silly woman'. it was at this point i lost my temper with her and so did my son, my son was livid and has now created this website to help spread the word.
We need everyone to write their story, as there are many of us who have been duped, conned, ripped off, scammed by this disgusting money grabbing inhumane company. please please dont take up this offer unless of course you dont mind giving your money to nasty people who get a kick out of their deceiptful way of making a living. I have had to get all my money transferred to my mums bank account in the meantime. when they try to take the money out of my account there will be no money in my account to take but i will be penalised by my bank for not having funds to pay for the product, until the visa department review the dispute and decide for themselves whether i was conned or not.

- "I thought I was so savvy regards not getting caught in internet scams but I think I've been 'hit' without thinking! Recently, whilst at lunch at work and looking at facebook, I saw an 'ad' for a trial to try Collagen Serum. I followed a link and it took me to a page which looked just like the Daily Mail website. The recommendations from women who'd tried the product were very good. At a cost of about 4.50 each for two different trial-sized serums I thought, "What the hell?!" and paid by debit card to see what they were like. That was at the beginning of January. "

- "In Dec 10, I clicked on their website and there was a free sample offered and only postage to be paid of £9, which I gave my credit card details and the deducted £96…I informed my bank, only to have another £96 deducted by them on the 10 January which has once again made me go over my limit and incur a £12.99 bank charge- please can you help or advise. I have asked my bank to cancel my card and re-issue even if it means to change my account number – I don’t care what they do – I just don’t have the money for this, and some creep is just getting rich and sending us nothing for the money!!!
Thanks
Andrea"

- "On the 30th August 2010 I ordered a free trial bottle of anti-aging serum from http://anti-agingstore.com/ at £1.93 for postage using my Visa credit card which was charged the same day with Euro 2.42 from "CML*FACESERUM-PCS.COM". On investigation, I have found the website to be operated by Colorado Health and Beauty Products LLC of 1035 Pearl Street, Boulder, Colorado, 80302, USA who additionally operate from 2210 E 26th Ave #100, Aurora, Colorado, 80019, USA. the company additionally operates the subsequent websites: http://purcollagen.com/ http://www.anti-ageingstore.com http://www.anti-ageingstore.co.uk http://www.faceserum-pcs.com/ On 9th September 2010 I received a packet containing a broken bottle of serum. I emailed this company on the 10th September 2010 telling them the bottle was damaged, I was dissatisfied with the product and did not want anything further from them. As I received the goods on the 9th September, one presumes the trial started on that day & ends on 23rd September. However my visa card was charged Euros 108.94 by "CML*PURCOLLAGEN.COM", just 2 days "
